Robert L. Trescott is the Senior Managing Partner of Trescott,
Drucker & Schoen, P.L.  He received his L.L.M. in Taxation at New
York University in 1974.  He completed his J.D. at Florida State
University in 1970, and his Bachelors Degree in Accounting at
Florida State University in 1967.  Robert Trescott has the highest
rating, AV, for legal ability and ethical adherence to professional
standards in Martindale-Hubbell.

Jonathan Drucker, a Managing Partner of the firm, received his
law degree from the University of California, Hastings College of
Law, in 1991. He graduated from Tulane University in 1988, with a
dual degree in Political Economy and German.  He is a member of
both the Florida and California bars.  Mr. Drucker is a certified civil
mediator, and the firm’s litigation specialist with over fourteen
years litigation experience in both civil and criminal matters. He
has litigated hundreds of matters at the state and federal level in
California and Florida, and has received a rating of “very high”
from the Martindale-Hubbell directory.  Mr. Drucker has been a
guest lecturer for the Florida Bar’s Legal Education Committee.

Joshua Schoen, a Partner of the firm, graduated with high
honors from the University of Rhode Island with a Bachelor of
Science Degree. He then graduated with honors from the  
University of Miami School of Law where he received his law
degree. Mr. Schoen is member of the Florida Bar, the New York
Bar and the Rhode Island Bar. He has more than 11 years
litigation experience and is one of the only Board Certified
Criminal Trial Attorneys in Coral Gables, Florida.
